Dianne Chapman Powell has been with Nix-Tann & associates, inc. since 1985 as a sales associate. She grew up in Kosciusko, Mississippi and received her B.S. degree in sociology & psychology from Mississippi University for Women. She is married to James G. Powell, a Kosciusko native, who is a real estate broker and economic development consultant. He owns James G. Powell Company, a commercial & industrial real estate firm in Jackson.
