About Katie Taylor
Katie grew up in Kosciusko, Mississippi, and has called Madison home since 2004. She and her husband, Jamie, have a precious King Charles Cavalier, Sophie. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Delta State University and received her Masters in Education from Mississippi College. She has been an educator for 17 years, the past 15 at Madison Ridgeland Academy. Katie has a passion for helping and serving others, and enjoyed her many years of service in the Jackson Junior League. She and her husband enjoy cheering on the Saints and traveling. On her trips she looks for antique fragments to create unique art pieces that have been used by interior designers across the country. Katie has always loved interior design and has an eye for details. Whether overseeing the elements of a personal new home build or renovating their current home, her experience with design – coupled with her interpersonal skills – allows her to help her clients in all aspects of the home buying and selling process.
