Kathy grew up in Jackson, Mississippi and currently lives in Madison with her husband Danny and their golden retriever Sadie. She has two daughters, a son in law and one grandson. She is an active member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

Kathy graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S degree in Business Administration. After college, she had a successful career with the Department of Veterans Affairs. During her time with the VA, she developed strong management and customer service skills which are essential in guiding clients through the home buying and selling process.
